One year and two weeks after this appalling case and there is still no conclusion.

It is utterly uncomprehensible that this dispicable family are still being allowed to trade - (now under Old Home Farmhouse). Let's hope they are not tried by the same useless Judge Sandeep Kainth who ordered their horses (what was left of them) to be returned back to them last year or be sold off. Thankfully this stupid man was forced to suspend his own decision.

There will be a public outcry if these animal abusers do not get the maximum fine and imprisonment they deserve and this is when we will see if the Animal Welfare Act really does what it promises to do in the worst possible cases of animal cruelty.
